Welcome to Health N More! Our journey started in 1988, when a spirited and ambitious young man named Suresh Kupuswami embarked on a life-changing journey. Eager to further his education and secure a future of independence, he set his sights on Australia for higher studies. This decision marked the beginning of a relentless pursuit of self-reliance and entrepreneurial success. After finishing his studies, he returned to India, eager to create something meaningful without working for others. This eagerness of his took him to several places.
In 1993, Suresh began exploring different countries to find the ideal place to start his business. After visiting the USA and the UK, he discovered his passion in Germany. There, hby selling a CONCEPT became associate of a German company specializing in Import Export business ….an entity which gave him wings to fly, the dream got even BIGGER.
The following year, in 1994, Suresh expanded his horizons once again. He returned to the United States, where he was offered a partnership by an American company…..and this gave birth to another CONCEPT of branded Dietary supplements. Together, they ventured into the import-export business, focusing on food supplements. This strategic move allowed them to source products locally from both Germany and the USA and export them to India, laying the groundwork for what would become Health N More. Health n More feather included brands like MuscleTech, Cellucor, APi, Kruger, Multi Food etc.
